By accessing or using our website, mobile application, or any of our products and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use our Services.
OneNameCard provides digital business card management and contact relationship services. We may offer free and paid plans, and reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features or plans at any time.
2. Definitions
- “User”, “you”, or “your” refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses our Services.
- “Account” refers to your registered user profile with OneNameCard.
- “Content” refers to any information, data, or materials uploaded, shared, or generated using our Services.
3. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
To use our Services, you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of entering into a binding agreement. You may not use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

• Upload or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with service operation.
• Use the Services for spamming, phishing, or malicious activity.
4. Account Responsibility and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized account use.
5. Free and Paid Plans
We may offer free or trial versions of our Services for limited periods or usage volumes (e.g., up to 50 cards for 5 years). We reserve the right to modify or terminate free plans at our discretion. Paid plans may be subject to additional terms, including billing and renewal policies.
6. Changes to Services and Pricing
We may modify, update, or discontinue the Services or any part thereof at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.
7. User Content and Permissions
You retain ownership of all Content you create or upload through the Services. By submitting Content, you grant OneNameCard a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and share your Content solely as necessary to operate and improve our Services.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to upload and share any Content you provide, and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, design, text, and logos, belong to OneNameCard or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the Services without our written permission.

Our Services may integrate or link to third-party websites and tools. We do not control or endorse these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
16. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will take effect when posted on our website or app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
